This activity was divided into three levels: K1,K2 and K3. The students participated in creating different styles of traditional Chinese art. The nursery class engaged in creative stone painting, transforming ordinary stones into unique works of art and decorative items by painting panda-themed artworks. The lower primary created iridescent oil-paper umbrellas, painting distinctive Chinese images such as pandas, bamboo trees, and peach blossoms onto these protective umbrellas. The oil-paper umbrellas were transformed into works of art imbued with rich traditional culture and auspicious meanings. The upper primary created congratulatory flower cards, learning that flower cards are rooted in traditional Hong Kong crafts, renowned for their intricate craftsmanship and rich cultural heritage, and an indispensable element of celebration for important occasions. |
