| The activity was divided into K3,K2 and K1 classes, where children created various traditional Chinese handicrafts. The K3 class created flower cards, introducing children and parents to the long-standing folk art of flower cards. Flower cards feature designs of flowers, auspicious symbols, and characters, symbolizing blessings and joy, and are therefore primarily used to celebrate festive occasions. The K2 class created colorful oil-paper umbrellas, allowing parents and children to appreciate the craftsmanship and practicality of these umbrellas, a symbol of traditional Chinese culture. The K1 class also engaged in creative stone painting, where parents and children created panda-themed artwork on stones. Stone painting is not only an artistic endeavor but also a form of cultural heritage. |
